24 hours service, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. 10% surcharge between midnight and 6.00am 25% surcharge on public holidays:- 100% surcharge for Christmas/New Years Day Excess waiting time charged at £25.00 per hour. Divided into 15 minute segments. 7 days payment on all invoice accounts Payment on collection on all other journeys We maintain a non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in reinstating a vehicle to working order We reserve the right to invoice a client for 50% of any minimum invoice should cancellation be made with less than 24 hours notice.
